How Is Life in Vienna, Austria??

I am in Vienna this week, completing my education for my CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) Designation. I have two days to enjoy the city before I hunker down in 6 days of classes with 5 exams!

Vienna, the Capitol of Austria, is a very large city of over 1.6 million people. It is known as the Music Capitol of the World and home to the Vienna Boys Choir.

The ciVien_pastryty is vibrant, the people very elegant and the real estate prices and cost of living are very high! It ranks just above New York City in the Cost of Living Index.

So, I am not here to buy property, but to learn more about the International Market and network with Real Estate agents from around the world, and, of course, to enjoy some fabulous Viennese PastriesAuf Wiedersehen! Stay tuned this week as I bring you news and informational on the Internationa Market and Life in Vienna.

Jackie, I am really enjoying your posts. It is amazing what the prices are in other parts of the world. Do you speak several languages and what does it take to become a Certified International Property Specialist? Good luck with project blogger.

  2. Fred Hauck Says:

Well Ms. Sizzle, what do you like best about Vienna? Certainly not just der Wiener Schnitzel und Rot Wein?!

  3. Jackie Colson-Miller Says:

The food is wonderful, of course, but I love everything about Vienna. The music, the parks, the cobblestone streets, and especially, the people..it is similar to Switzerland, but the people are friendlier. It is a fabulous city.
