Moving to Tampa? Play Golf? Find the Right Neighborhood for YOU!
If you are moving to Florida, and buying a house in Tampa, or any of the surrounding areas, chances are you will find yourself playing golf!
Tampa has a number of golf course communities to choose from in all price ranges. Cheval is one of the premier golfing communities in town. Located just off the Veterans Expressway in the Northwest Part 
of Tampa.
Hunters Green, located in New Tampa, just north of the University of South Florida, is another popular neighborhood. Good Schools and plenty of amenities, keeps the community of the top list for families.
One thing to consider when you are moving to Florida, is the CDD fee, which is prevalent in many of the newer subdivisions. If you are buying in a new community, you need to understand what a CDD fee is, and how it affects you as a homeowner.
Westchase is another, popular, golf course community, which also has a CDD fee. It’s one of my favorite courses in town, so be sure to read about my “lost ball” adventures.
