Meet Jackie Colson-Miller

I was born and raised in New England, studied at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Providence College. I have worked in Marketing for 25 years, and have lived in Florida since 1982. Active in the South Tampa community, I have served on various boards and was Chairman of the Designer Showhouse in 1994, for the Florida Orchestra Guild, when I was recruited into real estate by the owner of a boutique real estate company.

I love my career in Real Estate and am fortunate to have a business that is over 80% referrals from previous clients. My listings sell for 97% of listed price in less than 60 days. I use an “online transaction” manager that allows clients from around the world to access all documents in the password-protected, online closing file. My goal is to make every transaction as enjoyable and efficient as possible for my clients!

I am a member of the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI. Having lived abroad, I have many International Clients and have earned the prestigious CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation, which is bestowed upon less than 1% of all Realtors, so I can better assist my foreign clients with their US investments and also help Americans to buy properties abroad. A founding Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, I specialize in relocation to Tampa and the surrounding communities in Hillsborough County.

I have three children: 21, 16 and 12 and live in South Tampa, so relocating families with children is a “natural” for me. The Public and Private Schools in town offer many interesting opportunites for children of all abilities. For more information contact me.
